Affiliate Marketing Guide- Guide Your Way to Success!

Perhaps you’ve already heard of affiliate marketing and how one can earn a decent living through it. You would like to try it for yourself but you don’t know a thing about it or perhaps you don’t really know where to start. What you need is an Affiliate Marketing Guide. This is something that would help you understand the what, the how as well as the why of Affiliate Marketing. A good Affiliate Marketing Guide would explain to you how it works as well as show you a tip or two to help you get started. That’s what this article is going to provide you with.

Okay, so first in our Affiliate Marketing Guide is the question that every newbie asks, how does Affiliate Marketing work? Basically Affiliate Marketing or Affiliate Programs are revenue sharing deals put together by companies who sell their services and products online. You, as a website owner would be compensated for every customer you are able to send to their company website. This is the same thing as the pay-per-lead or pay-per-sale programs that many people are participating in. They are also very easy to get into. The terms and conditions vary from program to program so be sure to read it properly. After doing that, all you have to do now is to put a link on your site, blog or newsletter that would connect you to the company or the vendor. If someone on your website clicks on said link and then they purchase something from the company you will earn a commission.

Affiliate Marketing Guide topic number two, how do you do it? Well, first of all you would need a website or at least a blog. But before you can actually do that, you should think about who you want to sell the products to. Basically, it is about selecting your target market. Are they women? Men? Both? Which age group? Be very specific because the more precise you are the greater the chance that people would actually be interested in buying what you are promoting. Think about what they would like, where would they hang-out, the things that they read and the websites they visit. The more knowledge you have about a particular group of people the better your chances are at catching their attention.

Affiliate Marketing Guide topic number 3, how can you attract people to go to your website or to your blog? Again, it’s about finding a niche. Think about a topic that you are most interested in and then think of the people who might be interested in the same thing. Those people are your market or your audience. OR you can try doing it like this. Instead of creating a website about something that excites you, what about creating one about one of the most discussed topics right now? Because eventually, the deeper you get into the topic, you’ll end up being very interested in it too. The more you learn and the more interested you are, the less will it seem like work.

Now remember, for this to work you would need lots and lots of traffic directed to your website. You would need at least 500 unique visitors per day. The only way you can do that is to find a niche, just one thing and one market. Besides the numbers you would also need to develop credibility for yourself, so make sure that when you write about something, you really know what you’re talking about. Research is key but it’s also best to write from first hand experience. Then there’s getting people to click on the links and purchase something. So be sure to promote really good products on your site.

That’s about it. A simple Affiliate Marketing Guide for those who are just starting out and for those who want to give it a try.

First of all, you have to have pictures. Customers want to see what kind of work that your shop is capable of doing.

Only emphasize the best of the best that you have. Our shop used a digital camera and printer to create a brochure for new brides. We then placed an ad in our local traders guide, newspaper, and radio station asking the bride to stop by the shop for a complimentary rose. We gave them the brochure and were able to have some 1 on 1 time with them.

We also gave brides who participated in this way, a 5% discount on their wedding.

Word of mouth is by far the best way to get wedding work….so do more than you are asked to do, price your wedding competitively and you will be busier than you ever thought might be possible.

ok, sap definitely a good thing to learn… and learning is something that is not affected by age.. so i think you better learn up….
    now point wise question answer:
    1. I should carrer shift —> it totally depends on you whether you are comfortable with it and can also impress an interviewer by justifying it.
    2. Will SAP have good future 10-15 years downine –> sap is a good tool to learn and while you use it you keep on exploring a lot (a lot really means a lot). so if you can keep your self paced with the growth in it, absolutely, there is no stopping for you.. you can definitely expect yourself in a good position.
    3. Which institute is best in Pune City for SAP –> well am not from Pune so can't really suggest. However, if you have any center there of Siemens Information Systems (I know its a company), they do provide SAP training. Excellent in Delhi though. Watch out what others have to say on it.
    4. which module should I select –> Well, again it depends on your interest (and to be very precise on your experience). I think you choose the best which suits and compliments your current job profile. For example: you should not go for SAP's technical and abap module as I can see that (based on the info you provided on question) that you are not from a technical background, so remove them. Now, look on the rest and cut out the odd ones. You can consider SAP's procurement one or the SCM. But again choose the one which suits your current job profile and compliments them.

There is a huge growth in SAP but only when you master it. not just another coolie in the tech herd. I hope you got the point here.

    Hi Vincent.

I like the way you use the whiteboard across the videos – it’s a nice touch and helps with your ‘personal brand’ ie, provide an offering is a unique way.

Since ur bca and it involves lot of maths and computing, d best option would be to go for IT,,,if u have a keen interest in accounts and maths(if ur always into numbers and quite good at it),u can very well opt for finance,on the contrary if u feel u r very much into the branding and promotion side(and u also enjoy the same),u can go in for marketing…all the 3 fields have a lot of scope and for that in marketing it is evergreen..IT also has lotsa scope and its best when finance also merges into the same stream…

Some real excellent & simple tips that so many marketers just do not get – Eg. building your list after the sale. A customer who is satisfied with their purchase will be coming back to buy more from you – including your big ticket items.
Extreme value you provide mate – good job.
